This blog will cover all the things I find that I feel will help ladies take control of all aspects of their lives - whether it's fitness and fatness or money and men!
You must have heard the old saying 'you are what you think you are'? It's up there with 'fake it till you make it' and 'walk the walk, talk the talk'.
But have you ever considered exactly what these sayings mean?
It's actually a simple bit of psychology - you imagine yourself being successful in whatever you're trying to do; you act as though you are whatever you hope to be and that fools your brain into helping you actually achieve your goal.
Yes, I know it sounds a bit kooky, but it really is grounded in science.
You see, while your conscious mind might want to do something, there's a little nagging voice in your head that says it's not possible - and you fail. If you could only get that voice on your side and in agreement with your conscious then you'd be OK.
And science can help by reprogramming the little voice - also known as your subconscious - to agree with your conscious.
